HOLIDAY PRICES FOR 2008

The price for one person for one week includes the following;

Transfers to and from the airport (within arranged times)
5 days guiding
7 nights accommodation
Evening meals with wine for six days
Continental breakfasts
Packed lunches (5 days)
Use of workshop facilities

Booking Conditions
A contract will exist between you (the group leader) and Bike Verbier when a signed booking form and deposit is received and your contract is despatched.

Payment of balance
Payment of the final balance must reach us at least 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Failure to pay this amount may lead to cancellation charges.

Changes to bookings
Any changes made to the original details supplied on your booking form will be accommodated if possible. If we cannot accommodate your changes we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

Cancellation charges
Cancellation notice is required in writing and charges may be made as listed, 6-4 weeks = 40% of total holiday cost 4-2 = weeks 60% of total holiday cost Under 2 = weeks 80% of total holiday cost.

Resort Vehicles
Clients travel in Bike Verbier vehicles entirely at their own risk. It is a gratuitous service that we will try to maintain, however may be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

Rider responsibility
All riders ride entirely at their own risk and must make their own judgements on their abilities. Bike Verbier staff cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained whilst riding.
All Bike Verbier clients must have Insurance cover for their stay.

Insurance
Mountain biking involves an element of risk like all activity sports. At Bike Verbier we insist that all our guests must have suitable insurance cover to come on a Bike Verbier holiday. The excellent quality of Swiss healthcare does not come cheaply so it is unwise to come on an activity holiday without insurance. We recommend Sportscover Direct sportscoverdirect who have 10 day policies starting from around £26.
